- Controls cash receipts and disbursements
- Prepares financial statements
- Coordinates the raising of funds

- Records and maintains the minutes of Captains Meetings and Board of Directors meetings
- Maintains a permanent record of Club policies
- Coordinates the election process

| Summer League |
- Organizes registration, teams, fields and finals
- Communicates with team captains and BOD of all league information
- Reports problems and or all other issues to President
- Adheres to budget set by President

| Fall League |
- Organizes registration, teams, fields and finals
- Communicates with team captains and BOD of all league information
- Reports problems and or all other issues to President
- Adheres to budget set by President

| Junior League |
- Organizes registration, teams, fields and finals
- Organizes end of year party with Social and President
- Communicates with team captains and BOD of all league information
- Reports problems and or all other issues to President
- Promotes development, fun, spirit and fosters growth

| Marketing |
- Works with President to identify and recruit new league members
- Promote and initiate all league information to public
- Create strategies and ways to promote Sarnia Ultimate
|
| Social |
- Plans all league parties and social events
- Adheres to budget set by President
|
| Travel Team |
- Plans and co-ordinates team bids into tournaments of choice
- Coordinates proper amount of players to be involved and places to stay
- Organizes proper funds to enter tournament
- Cooperates with Webmaster to post tournament updates on website

| Webmaster |
- Runs, maintains and updates website as directed by the President
|
| Women's Ultimate |
- Coordinates women’s ultimate program
- Promotes development, fun, confidence and spirit
|
